message appeared after no current changes in system."multiple changes have taken place since windows was originaly installed. You must re-load windows within the next 72 hrs. I followed the prompts, it verified key numbers and re-installed. I now have no network connection and the device manager shows no devices, just blank.I read that this may be due to the windows program not being activated. I cant try to re-install again due to the fact I cant find my XP cd. Is there a site that will allow me to down load XP Prof. to a disk from a different computor, and then re-install again. Any suggestion woujld help

If windows xp is loaded properly, go to control panel and setup a net work following the instructions as they appear from time to time. Reg. Windows xp cd, u cannot download it free. Cd from other system can be used but u can download updates only on one of the two computers.

Hey Girl,

Whats up, do as the previous responder said and contact Microsoft. I am sorry to hear what happened, but as far as I know Microsoft does, have codes and license per installed OS, that restricts redownloads, and will make the comp shutdown after 30 days, if there is believed to be piracy. I donot know if this is what happened in your case, but please contact Microsoft, inform them of the problem and they should be able to help you get everything back in order. If you have a warranty, the correction should be free.

Good Luck

If you contact Microsoft and they won't help. Go to 2baksa.net, search and download windows xp keygen. Some nice guys @ the Blue Group cracked it. This might help you. (if Bill Gates would make his products work better and stop counting his money you wouldn't have to worry about these problems)

i think of the final answer became touching on extra of a distant connection which comprise a VLAN, yet i think of you assert that the two one in all those desktops are on the comparable LAN. if so, you in basic terms could desire to enable document sharing below the community strategies in the administration panel, and make particular they have the comparable Workgroup below equipment. you could then share folders or maybe total drives via good clicking them and permitting sharing.
