what should I do if my scanner does not work?

my scanner does not work. I re-install the program.it passes the scanner test. but then an error message comes-
Error-0000000h.scanners users only

bring it to a computer shop for a check-up

Call the brands 1-800 number. They can help you with the error and walk you through it. Also try going to their site. They may have helpfull info there.

become very very angry, and smash the scanner, and appease the beast in you by buying a new one. :o)
