i can't define my scanner, i can't download the software, what shall i do?

If the download software has a setup file run that file. It will install the driver and application about your scanner int the computer. Next plug in the USB cable that came with your scanner. If your scanner uses a parallel connection. Then connect that to your computer then run the add/remove hardware from control pane. when the ask for the driver of the scanner . Browse to the file that you download, then click next.
