Uninstall all the software and once this is done, power on the scanner, remove the USB cable and start a new setup installation.

Let the program tell you when to re-connect the USB cable to the computer. Let it finish and reboot computer to complete the installation.



Go in control panel and click on Scanners and Cameras and you will see the HP icon there. Click it to activate the scanner and a menu will pop up. Scan from that menu

After performaning it your scanner will start working but it might give half page with large scanning.

So to fix that follow below steps:

-Power on printer,

-Click on Ok button on printer control panel.

-Press and hold the left arrow key and OK button on printer.

-Release both keys at same time.

-choose the option "Scan top" service.

-Restart the printer.

It should be working now.
